| Details: Manager of Operations - Financial Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) Wipfli, LLP is a trusted business advisor to more than 20,000 clients in a variety of industries, we enjoy a solid reputation as industry experts. We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Financial Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) service center. This position will be based in Green Bay and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of our business engagements, proactively identifying opportunities, and motivating and supervising the service center staff. Essential Responsibilities will include: Manage the policies, procedures, and processes used in the service center, ensuring compliance amongst service center associates Perform detailed quality control checks, following established quality control procedures, on a regular basis Provide training, direction, supervision and mentoring to service center and other associates as applicable including overseeing and coordinating efforts between the U.S. and non-U.S. service center teams Oversee and coordinate technology development efforts between the business owners and the developers Monitor revenue and expenses for each client periodically and recommend pricing revisions as appropriate Monitor and manage the expenses for the service center. Qualifications for this position will include: A Bachelors Degree in Accounting CPA certification At least five years of job related experience Prior experience in accounting Prior supervisory experience Wipfli ranks among the largest accounting and business consulting firms in the United States.
