Coordinate with production supervision downtime windows for PM and repair work. Maintain current technical documentation relative to PLC’s, instrumentation and equipment (i.e. PLC ladder logic, blueprints, manuals, SOPs, maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance, inventory control and parts purchasing). Maintain awareness and monitor costs relative to the maintenance operation. Monitor the work area to ensure a safe environment is maintained and all plant safety rules are followed. Enforce the Company’s policies and programs with employees, contractors, vendors, consultants and suppliers (i.e. safety, GMPs, etc).
